Private Mobile Networks: Where and Why?

Today, the B2B segment is virtually the only growing market for mobile operators. Corporate customers actively engaged in digital transformation projects require modernization of their telecommunications infrastructure. For these enterprises, the ability to provide dedicated communication services and connect a large number of M2M and IoT devices is becoming increasingly critical.

Providing industrial enterprises with modern communication services is a complex challenge. Many facilities are not covered by existing operator infrastructure, while security and reliable device authentication are essential requirements. This is why there has been a rapid rise in projects known as Private Mobile Networks (Private LTE/5G or Campus Networks) — effectively a miniature mobile network built and operated to meet the specific needs of individual customers.

The applications of Private LTE/5G networks are diverse:

wireless robots and transport systems, enterprise automation, monitoring and management of critical infrastructure (such as power grids and transportation), and communications for complex, high-density environments (like airports), where LTE and 5G networks can effectively replace outdated professional radio systems.

Our Private LTE/5G Solution

In response to the demands of the modern telecom market, we offer comprehensive solutions for building Private LTE/5G networks.

Our system ensures compatibility with eNodeB and gNodeB equipment from various vendors, enabling the deployment of private LTE/5G networks tailored to specific regulatory requirements and the unique conditions of each site.

Signaling Firewall

The Signaling Firewall is a telecom-grade network protection system designed for monitoring, controlling, and managing SS7 and Diameter signaling traffic between a telecom operator and other national or international operators, as well as various telecommunications service providers.

The Signaling Firewall fully meets the modern security requirements of operators, providing a high level of protection against fraudulent signaling traffic and addressing both existing and emerging threats. It ensures reliable prevention of signaling network attacks, including spam, flooding, and fraud, and serves as a robust defense barrier against targeted attacks on individual subscribers, effectively mitigating malicious activity.

The system detects and processes any unexpected or non-standard SS7 and Diameter protocol messages using configurable rules and policies set through a visual rule editor interface.

The solution is fully compliant with IR.82, FS.11, FS.19, FS.07, IR.70, and IR.71 specifications.

MVNO / MVNE Suite

The mobile communications market is rapidly evolving toward the delivery of diverse and specialized service packages. Equipment vendors are also moving toward greater specialization. In response to these market needs, we have developed a comprehensive turnkey suite of solutions for building a fully functional Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO).

Our product line includes both core network elements — such as HLR/HSS, STP, GMSC, media gateways, PCEF (DPI), and GGSN/PDN-GW — and traditional value-added service platforms, including SCP, SMSC, and others.

Key solutions such as HLR/HSS and OCS (Prepaid) are specifically adapted for MVNO/MVNE requirements, enabling the creation of multiple virtual operators on a single platform.

The integration of our Multi-IMSI roaming platform provides MVNOs with unique capabilities for rapid expansion of roaming coverage and cost-effective inter-operator agreements.

Our solutions are highly flexible, allowing seamless integration with any network environment and full customization for individual customer needs.

With a proven track record in cost-efficient MVNO implementations, including small-scale deployments, our team enables projects that once existed only as SIM resale models to evolve into Full MVNO operations, unlocking new opportunities for sustainable business growth.

Roaming Suite

Steering of Roaming Platform

Our Steering of Roaming platform efficiently optimizes roaming interactions between GSM/UMTS/LTE network operators.

It enables flexible control over outbound roaming registration procedures (network selection), allowing operators to implement Steering of Roaming (SoR) services and influence roaming partners to improve agreements and ensure high Quality of Service (QoS).

The system fully complies with the GSM Association IR.73 standard.

Steering procedures can be configured based on various criteria — such as network priority, key roaming KPIs (successful registration rates, traffic volume, error statistics), and more.

The platform also supports advanced features, including subscriber profile modification for outbound roamers (e.g., CAMEL profile updates/removal, blocking of specific fraud-prone services).

By deploying the Steering of Roaming platform, operators can effectively address both commercial and operational challenges associated with outbound roaming optimization.

With Diameter protocol support (S6, Sh, Cx), the system is fully compatible with LTE networks, ensuring smooth roaming management and service continuity.

Roaming Assistant

The Roaming Assistant application minimizes common dialing errors frequently made by subscribers while roaming.

The solution supports short number access to home network services for both inbound (ISUP) and outbound (CAMEL) roamers.

This significantly increases the number of successful call attempts from subscribers in visited networks, directly contributing to higher operator revenues.

Multi-IMSI Roaming Gateway

The Multi-IMSI Roaming Gateway is a powerful solution designed to expand roaming coverage for MVNOs and MVNEs.

By using Multi-IMSI technology, major mobile operators (donors or roaming brokers) can provide smaller operators with access to their entire roaming footprint — enabling direct MVNO-to-MVNO connectivity and cost-efficient roaming agreements.

The platform’s open subscription management interface and compatibility with a range of applets make it suitable for deployment across operators using traditional SIM, eSIM, or Soft-SIM technologies.

Our solution supports all necessary procedures for delivering full mobile service capabilities to subscribers using a guest profile in a partner network.

End users benefit from low-cost or free incoming calls, affordable outgoing calls, data access at competitive rates, and the ability to retain their primary phone number while roaming.
