SCP (CAMEL Gateway) is an optimized platform for delivering a wide range of intelligent services to subscribers in GSM, 3G, and IMS networks, managed by external service logic applications.

By deploying SCP, both prepaid and postpaid subscribers gain access to all home-network VAS services from any visited network. The system also enables CAMEL roaming for subscribers of networks that do not support CAMEL technology.

The platform manages telecom services in mobile networks using service logic applications that define call handling scenarios for voice calls, SMS, and GPRS sessions. Service logic is implemented through external API-based applications interacting with mobile networks via the SCP.
